Pav bhaji is a mumbai’s famous street food.it is famous all around the world.Its taste make everyone to be fall in love of pav bhaji. It is famous in the streets of mumbai.It is too easy to make at home. It is loved by children and elders also. You should try this recipe at home. For preparing pav bhaji follow the following steps :
⦁ Garlic paste: 2 table spoon
⦁ Onion : 2 (medium sized)
⦁ oil : 2 (big spoon)
⦁ Tomato : 2(medium sized)
⦁ pav bhaji masala : 1 (big spoon)
⦁ red chilli powder : 1 (big spoon)
⦁ boiled vegetables ( potatoes,green peas, cauliflower,capsicum) : 500 grams
⦁ green coriander : 2 (big spoon)
⦁ butter : 50 grams
preparation: 10 min
cook : 20 min
ready in : 30 min
STEP 1: Fry garlic paste and chopped onion till golden brown.
STEP 2: now add chopped tomatoes ,pav bhaji masala,red chilli powder and salt then stir it .
STEP 3: Add this paste into boiled vegetables.
STEP 4: mesh the vegetables for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 5: Add little butter and coriander to it.
STEP 6 : Now turn on the flame below the tawa and pour some butter on the tawa and then toast pav on low flame.
STEP 7 : now serve pav and bhaji with some choped cabbage and pieces of lemon.
You can add more vegetables you like . You can skip adding vegetables that you don’t like . Just toast pav carefully ,it should be on low flame. Add salt as per your taste.
